Fernando was a great friend and coworker.  While working in Washington , DC we share good times and memories.  He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to Andrew, Ariana, Edwin and Maureen as well as all of his cousins and extended family. Fernando was very active in the latino community and social butterfly within Jamaica Plains. He was the quintessential partier for sure! A simple man who lived a modest life, one day at a time and super proud of his alma mater i.e. Harvard and of being Puerto Rican. I came to know him when moving from NY to Boston. We became friends and eventually had a child together who inherited his love of Puerto rican culture and heritage.  It is very sad that he is no longer here. May he rest in eternal peace. 

Fernando had his way of seeing the world and worked towards creating this within his life. With a quirky sense of humor and the ability to care and help those within the community he lived in for many years.

He was the father of Andrew Milan and he and his family were supportive during his growing years.

There is an empty space for the man who made me a mom.There is no one to take his place. 

We are from the same town in Puerto Rico Aguadilla and there is a sort of affinity felt because of this. 

God grant his soul rest.May he rest in peace. You will be missed but not forgotten!
