Luis Medina passed away at the age of 61 on October 25th.

As a family, we want to honor him and celebrate his life. We’re creating a digital album where people can share stories, photos, and memories of him.

He was strong-willed, resilient, and relentlessly determined. Never a dull moment with him. Loving without words, sarcastic by default, and the kind of man who showed he cared by picking on you and if he wasn’t picking on you, something was off. He’d joke his name was “Old and Grumpy, Grumpy and Old,” but everyone knew that was just his humor.

He loved magic shows and entertainment, car shows, the lowrider community, and lived proudly by his “see food” diet, if he saw it, he ate it. He was never without his cat, Inutil, always nearby.

Luis Medina falleció a los 61 años el 25 de Octubre.

Como familia, queremos honrar su memoria y celebrar su vida. Estamos creando un álbum digital donde podrán compartir historias, fotos y recuerdos.

Era tenaz, resiliente e incansable. Con él, nunca había un momento aburrido. Cariñoso sin palabras, sarcástico por naturaleza, y de esos que demostraban su afecto molestándote; si no te estaba molestando, algo andaba mal. Solía bromear diciendo que se llamaba "Old and Grumpy , Grumpy and Old", pero todos sabíamos que era solo su forma de reír.

Le encantaban los espectáculos de magia y entretenimiento, las exposiciones de autos, la comunidad lowrider y vivía con orgullo su filosofía de "ver comida": si la veía, se la comía. Nunca se separaba de su gato, Inutil, que siempre estaba cerca.
