It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Luella Dominique on February 15, 2023. Luella was born on September 1952, and brought light, love, and kindness into the lives of those who knew her. She was a woman of great strength and character, whose legacy of generosity and warmth will be fondly remembered by all.
