Lucy Mae (Hott) Ruddle, age 89, of Elkins, WV, formerly of Riverton, WV, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Colonial Place in Elkins. She was born on March 26, 1931, in Cabins, WV, the daughter of the late Loren S. and Valetta (Markwood) Hott. Lucy married Estyl Wade Ruddle, who preceded her in death on April 29, 2005.
