Lucy Maria (Dallaire) Peno passed away peacefully on March 1, 2024, in San Luis Obispo, California, at the age of 90 while under hospice care at the Welcome Home Residential Care Facility. She was a loving wife to Normand Peno for almost 68 years and a devoted mother to Leonard (Audrey), Linda Mello, Michael (Donna), and Steven.
