Lucy Anne "Lulu" Howe, 66, of Lowden, Iowa, peacefully passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, January 22, 2024. She was born on February 19, 1957, in Burlington, Iowa, to her parents. Lucy attended Southeastern Community College in Burlington and graduated with an associate's degree in business.
Throughout her life, Lucy held various jobs, including office secretary, cook, nursing home aide, home cleaner, saleswoman, and detasseled. However, she found her true purpose as a stay-at-home …
