It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Lucinda "Cindy" Tovar, fondly known as Lucinda, born on August 10, 1954, and reluctantly bid farewell on December 18, 2025. Lucinda was a beacon of strength, compassion, and wisdom, always placing the needs of others ahead of her own.
Lucinda was the cherished mother of Amy Blackwell, Amanda Blackshire, Sandra Lammert, and Andrew Lammert. She was deeply endeared by each of her eight grandchildren …
