We regretfully announce the passing of Lucille Rankin of Bossier City, LA on February 01, 2023. Lucille was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Our mother, Lucille, was one of the strongest, most courageous, bravest, kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family. Lucille graduated from Xavier University in 1964 with a degree in Nursing. After graduating, she went on …
