Lucas's obituary
As some of you may know, our dear Lucas Tang has gone home to be with the Lord on the 24th of November 2022, having lived 51 beautiful years. This page is destined for you all, to share your warm memories of Lucas with us and with one another.
Lucas was born in Kuala Lumpur to first generation Chinese Malaysians Tang Lek and Foong Foong Ying, he was their 9th and youngest child. He was their only son, and was loved by 8 wonderful sisters. Lucas was always a bright and happy person.
He loved spending time with his family, sisters, nephews, nieces and his grand-nephews and nieces. His other passion is food and he was always sharing great food with good friends. When he was not working, he was usually helping out at church events. He was selfless and always put the needs of others before him, never turning down a request for help even if he was extremely busy.
He was truly one of the best people to walk this earth and we will miss him deeply forever. His name Lucas means "he who brings light", which suited him perfectly. He was always warm, loving and kind to everyone, even animals. He would light up any room he walked into, and always had a funny story to share.
Even though he's no longer with us, his light continues to live on in our lives as we carry his memories, lessons and love with us for the rest of our days.
He was laid to rest in Nirvana Memorial Park Shah Alam Tang Villa, on the 27th of November 2022.
