Katie Sparks

Luc is my youngest brother. He was one of the smartest, most stubborn, most determined people I know. His sense of humor was unmatched. He always had a quick response and was the funniest, silliest, most mischievous kid growing up. I’ll never know another person like him and his passing was such a shock to our family leaving a hole in our hearts that will never recover. I miss you little brother.
