We gather to remember and pay tribute to Mr. Loyd Moses, who was born on the 4th of July, 1956 and sadly passed away on the 2nd of July, 2025. A loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather, Loyd lived a life filled with love, passion, and dedication to his family and friends.

Loyd is survived by his devoted wife, Roberta Moses, his cherished daughters Crystal and Desarae Davis, his loving brother Lee Moses, and his treasured grandchildren, Skylar Austin and Andre Austin. In this difficult time, his family finds comfort in memories of his love and lessons that resonate in their lives today.

In 1982 and 2003, Loyd experienced the joy of becoming a parent and grandparent, moments that were among the most memorable of his life. The birth of his children and grandchildren were his most treasured moments, and their achievements never ceased to fill him with pride.

Loyd was a man who took pleasure in the simple things life had to offer. A fan of classic old western TV shows, he would often spend time immersed in his favorite episodes. A devout supporter of the sports team, the Cowboys, Loyd would never miss a game. His recreational activities included watching movies - a quiet yet deeply enjoyed pastime spent with his loved ones.

He carried a deep passion for those he held close. Loyd cared profoundly about his family and friends, a trait that never dimmed throughout his life. Known for his kind heart and caring nature, Loyd always made sure his loved ones were taken care of. This passion extended to his community, where he was always willing to lend a helping hand and support those in need.

Loyd's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him. His memory inspires us to embrace family, cherish friendships, and live with the same dedication and love that Loyd exhibited in his life. His absence is felt deeply, but our lives have been forever enriched by his presence. This legacy of love, care, and family is what Loyd leaves behind – a memory that will be cherished forever.
