Louise Ann Brouillard, age 67, of St Petersburg, FL (formerly of Savanna, IL), passed away on February 14, 2025, at home surrounded by loved ones.

Louise was born on July 21st, 1957 in Providence, Rhode Island. After high school, she set out to explore new opportunities, leading her to many places including Colorado, California, and eventually settling down with her family in Savanna, Illinois.

Louise dedicated her life to saving others as an EMT/Paramedic with the Savanna Ambulance Association. Her 30 year career as a Paramedic was marked by unwavering commitment and compassion, ensuring those in need received care and comfort in critical moments. She also served as bookkeeper and board member, before retiring to Florida in 2020.

Louise enjoyed music,  crafting, motorcycle riding, and clowning around.  She was well known for her sharp sense of humor, bringing laughter to those around her in every situation.   She was tough as nails, her strength was an inspiration to all who knew her. She loved hard and was loved hard in return. 

Louise is survived by her children, Curtis Wheetley, Jared Wheetley, Chandra Wheetley, and Drake Haring; 3 Grandchildren, Owen, Isabel, Miles; Stepmother, Delores Brouillard; Siblings Larry Brouillard, Aldea (Brouillard) Hawkins, Mary (Brouillard) Hemsley; Partner Larry Anderson. Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Louis Brouillard and Ann Lapierre; sibling Arthur Brouillard.

A celebration of life for Louise is being coordinated and details will be shared at a later date.
