Louis Rivera, 97, of Fresh Meadows, NY, passed away on June 08, 2023
Louis was born on June 22, 1925 to Carmen and Juan Rivera in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Louis was a veteran of WW11. Louis worked as a furniture finisher until he retired in 2013. He is predeceased by his parents, sisters, sons Peter Rivera and Mark Rivera, and grandson Edward Gutierrez. He is survived by his wife Marina Rivera nee Danyo, daughters Lydia Colon, Wendie Delaney (William), Lucy Matos (Michael) ,grandchildren, great grandchildren and three great - great grandchildren. Louis enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, and dancing to salsa music. He was loved by all who knew him.
