I joined Morgan Stanley from HR in commercial banking. Mike Giorgio almost immediately sent me to sit with Lou who was simply amazing. Taught me in one afternoon how to handle things in a new world. Gave me insights that never left me. He was so generous with his time and his enthusiasm was unmistakeable. Rest in Peace Lou.

Sincere condolences to Lou’s family and friends.  I was just a ‘back office’ guy, but Lou always treated me and my team with respect—even when we did not live up to his operational expectations.  He ran what can truly be called: ‘A first class business and that in a first class way.’  May he rest in peace.
