I worked with Lou over several years and appreciated business that he referred to me.  He really knew his stuff and it was fantastic experience to be able to work with him and see him in action.  He was a fantastic lender.  He was a great guy and very easy to talk to.  He will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family.
So sorry for your loss. Sending all my love, thoughts & prayers

I have worked with Lou for the past four years and he meant a lot to me. He was not just a co-worker but a true friend that would listen to how your day is going and encourage you about whatever you needed to be encouraged about. He would always ask me about my two daughters and share his experiences about his two daughters and just how much he loved being a girl dad. Every time we hung up from our call, he would tell me to hug my girls, stay blessed and I love you buddy. He did not say that just to say it. He meant every word. I last called Lou on 4/25 to check on him not knowing that would be the last time I was going to speak with him. He told me he loved me, I replied with the same and hung up. I am going to miss our calls and working with Lou. My condolences to Jan, Bianca & Dena. May Lou's memory live on and shine bright from above. Until we meet again, I love you buddy.
Lou greeted me with a smile and a hug every time I saw him. He was one of the most kind and genuine people I have ever known. His weekly emails in all caps and a blessing at the end bring a smile to my face every time I think of them. He will be greatly missed. May you rest in peace, Lou.
Lou , you were my cousin but to me you were my brother. I’ll always remember our broom hockey games in the basement the turkey bowl games on thanksgiving mornings and our favorite torrone box wars. I’ll never forget you my brother, till we meet again love you and tell our families we miss you all. Love Rick
Lou was an incredible man whose kindness, wisdom, and mentorship made a profound impact on me and everyone around him. His legacy of caring and guidance will continue to inspire and support those who were lucky enough to know him. My thoughts are with Lou's family and all who loved him.
