Louis Esquibel Jr., 71, a longtime resident of Chino, CA, passed away on August 3, 2025.
As a young man in 1974, Louis moved with his parents, who relocated the family from La Palma, CA, to the city of Chino, CA, which was then a small dairy town. This community became his lifelong home. A proud veteran, Louis answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Navy immediately after high school.
Those who knew Louis will remember the joy he found in strumming his guitar, a pastime that brought joy to his life. He also took great pride in raising roosters, a hobby that reflected his nurturing spirit and connection to the community's rural roots.
He is survived by his brother, Edward Esquibel; of Chino Hills, his Sister Vivian Bliyeu Of Roseburg, Oregon, and his grandchildren, Daniel Esquibel, and Cynthia Esquibel, Both of Chino Hills, CA.
memorial services were held at Riverside National Cemetery on September 26, 2025, at 11:15 AM
He will be remembered for his service, his music, his love for animals, and his deep roots in the Chino community.
