Lorraine's obituary

It is with profound sadness that the family of Lorraine Lebon announces her passing on August 19, 2023, just shy of her 75th birthday. Born on August 22, 1948, Lorraine lived a full and vibrant life filled with the love of her family and a passion for the simple pleasures life offered.

Lorraine leaves behind an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her loving family. She was the beloved mother of sons Anthony and Raymond Dailey, and mother-in-law to Lisa and Tammy Dailey. Immensely proud of her grandchildren, Kristen, Victoria and Raymond Dailey Jr., and her great granddaughter Harper, her love for them knew no bounds. Her surviving brother, Raymond Dunsmore, and niece, Dionne Dunsmore, will forever remember Lorraine's infectious laughter and fiesty spirit.

She was predeceased by her dear husbands, Donald Lebon and Anthony Dailey, her brother, Bruce “Joe” Dunsmore, her aunt Viola “Vi” Gardner, and her parents who we pray were there to welcome her into eternal life.

Lorraine was a woman of simple pleasures. She found joy and comfort in her favorite foods, including strawberry Pop-Tarts, hard candy and muffins, and could often be found watching her favorite TV shows, game shows, and soap operas cuddled up with her family’s dogs, particularly Pua, who never left her side.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to friends and family for their outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. A Celebration of Life will be held in memory of Lorraine on September 30, 2023, from 1:00-5:00pm, at 6801 Schaadts Rd. We invite you to join us as we remember Lorraine, we celebrate a life well-lived and a woman deeply loved. Her warm spirit and unwavering love for her family will remain in our hearts forever.
