Lori's obituary
Lori Lynn Chadd passed away unexpectedly on March 27th, 2023. Lori was born December 16, 1963 in Arroyo Grande, California. Lori’s daughter and grandchildren meant the world to her. She was always showing off photos of them and what they were up to. Lori loved spending time in her yard and garden, making it look beautiful. Lori loved playing in her yard with her boxer dog, Casper. Lori was a long time employee at Costco and had worked there for over 23 years. Costco was a huge part of her life. Lori started at the Kirkland Costco, and then opened the Woodinville Costco in 2005. Lori had made a lot of life-long friends throughout her career at Costco. No matter what Lori was going through she always had a smile on her face and always had something funny to say.
Lori struggled with knee pain most of her adult life, having multiple surgeries in an attempt to fix it. Unfortunately during one of her surgeries, Lori developed an infection in her knee, which resulted in the doctors having to amputate her right leg. Shortly after Lori received her first prosthetic socket, she was forced to learn how to walk all over again. Things we take for granted Lori had to learn again. Within months, Lori regained most of her strength back and was making great strides with her prosthetics trainer. Lori had made numerous social media posts that showed her great progress and positive attitude.
Lori was preceded in death by her parents, father Fred Chadd, mother Carol McPeak, and stepfather Tom McPeak. She is survived by her brother, Todd Chadd, and sister Dee Chadd. She was survived by her daughter, Chantel Noecker, and her two grandchildren, Ella and Jude.
There will be a Memorial in honor of Lori on May 23rd, 2023 at 1:00PM at Liljebeck Farms in Woodinville, Wa.
