Ms. Lori Ann Banks, 58, of Bowie, Maryland, passed away Monday. February 15 in Springfield, Oregon. She was born in Flint, Michigan, on January 18, 1963. She was retired from the Prince George's County School system and previously served in the United States Army. She earned a Bachelors of Arts in History from American Military University. She was hard-working, funny, brilliant, and loved. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Nola Earls, …
