Loretta Taylor (née Frances), born on February 14, 1944, in St. Charles, Louisiana, passed away on July 9, 2024, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A beloved figure in her community and family, Loretta was known for her selflessness and deeply caring nature. She dedicated her life to her family, always placing the needs of others before her own, embodying the qualities of a nurturing mother, grandmother, niece, sister, and cousin.

Loretta is survived by her sister, Ruby Frances; daughters, Tonnie Taylor, Andrea Harton, and Tina Rochelle; sons, Ferry Taylor and Junior Taylor; along with 26 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lotty and Frankie Frances; her husband, Lee Taylor; and her son, Joseph Taylor.

A faithful attendee of St. Charles Ave Baptist Church, Loretta's commitment to her faith was evident in her daily life and interactions. Her memorial service will be held at her sister Ruby Frances' house on July 21 at 1 PM.

The family has entrusted Louisiana Funeral Services and Cremation in Lake Charles, LA, with the arrangements. Loretta's legacy of love and dedication will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
