Loretta's obituary
Loving mother, Loretta Ervin, passed away on April 14th after a short battle with pneumonia. Loretta was 73 and was surrounded by many loving family members when she passed.
Loretta, born on May 06, 1948 in Uniontown Alabama was a member of the church from a very young age, Loretta participated in almost every even at First Missionary Baptist Church alongside her family members. After moving to Tuskegee, AL, Loretta attended & graduated from Tuskegee University with a bachelor’s degree. After graduation in 1970, Loretta had her first son shortly after which was followed by 7 more outstanding children. She was passionate about sharing the love of our Lord with others and was an integral part of our church. A loyal servant to God, Loretta spent many of her hours dedicating her life to the youth. Now that Loretta has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Loretta’s physical life on Earth, it’s the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for her. She is survived by many loving family members, who also plans to carry on her legacy. [Psalm 34:18] The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
