Loraine Effie Finch passed away in Benton Arkansas where she resided at Kenwood Nursing Center. Birthplace being Smithville, Texas and made her home in Austin Texas through out most of her life until marrying Charles Finch Where making their home in the Houston area where she worked and retired from the VA Hospital and made her final years in Smithville with her husband Charles.
