Lois's obituary
Lois was born on May 22, 1931. As a child, Lois grew up in Grand Haven, Michigan. She had a small town childhood and had a deep love for the community and her family and friends there that lasted her entire life.
She was a loving and dedicated mother to her three children, George, Kevin and Linda. She was also a proud grandmother and great grandmother and loved spending time with family. One of her favorite ways to welcome a new grandchild into the family was to knit them a blanket which many of them hold onto dearly still.
Lois loved sports and was a fan of anything University of Florida related. During football and basketball season you could be sure to hear "Go Gators!" echoing down her condo hallway.
Throughout her entire life, Lois held a strong faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. She loved to wake up early in the morning and read her devotions every day. She loved to listen to hymns and frequently talked about her love for the Lord.
Lois will be deeply missed by all of her family. She was a regular attender to birthdays, church and school events, celebrations and holiday fun. While her empty seat will leave a noticeable space for each gathering, her family is so thankful she is safe in Christ's Arms for eternity.
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." -Revelation 21:4
