Background
Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) is a progressive disorder affecting thinking, movement, behavior and sleep. Because currently there are no FDA-approved treatments for DLB, developing safe and effective treatments is the #1 priority for DLB research. Lewy body dementia is the second most common type of progressive dementia after Alzheimer's disease.
