I should have reached out when I didn’t get a Merry Christmas or Happy New Year text from Lisa. She always beats me in getting her well wishes or greetings out first so I got complacent. Lisa was such a pleasant person to work with at MSH. My condolences to her family.

Lisa was such an incredible ray of light. She was kind, thoughtful, caring, and just fun to be around and to work with. Even after leaving the Mount Sinai Health System she always texted to check in, sent sweet messages around the holidays. She was always thinking of others. She was genuine and kind and she will be missed by so many. ❤️

As a NY Chapter Board Member Lisa was invaluable. Her organization skills were impeccable and her smile, easygoing personality and willingness to always help was contagious. It is so hard to believe that Lisa is no longer with us. We started around the same time as a health educator at a community health center in NYC over 20 years ago. We quickly became good friends, and the friendship has continued and deepened as the years went by. I always thought that we would grow older together. You are such a gentle, warm, and positive soul, Lisa. I will continue to cherish the memories we created together and carry you in my heart.

I will always cherish my years with Lisa. I have known her for 8 years. She came work with me as my Assistant Director at Beth Israel. She was amazing. We did a lot together. She was sincere in everything she did, an honest and a dear friend. I will miss her. I will miss her daily motivational messages and our soul searching conversations.

I was blessed with opportunity to work with Lisa when I lived in NYC. When I say blessed, it is not an overstatement. Lisa was one of the most talented people that I have ever worked with and brought such energy and passion to her work. Her engagement and energy was contagious and she brought out the best in the people that were blessed to work with her. Over the years, we have kept in touch and I was always hoping to work with her again because you are a better person around her. Lisa came to work for me at Mount Sinai Hospital as a Director for patient services. She was amazing so professional so on point so detailed I could not have had a better person to work with. I was so impressed with her and so appreciative that she was on my team.
