Lisa Renee Ridgeway, was a cherished daughter and mother, dedicating many years to the field of education. Her commitment to nurturing young minds continued in Charleston, South Carolina, where she exemplified the heights one could reach through determination and hard work. Lisa's impact went far beyond the classroom, touching the lives of those she encountered with kindness and inspiration.
Amidst her years of service, Lisa faced the formidable adversary of breast cancer. Her tenacious spirit and unwavering resolve led her through a valiant fight, experiencing remission before the disease resurfaced in early 2023. On November 28, 2023, Lisa's courageous battle came to a peaceful end at Washington Hospital Center. Family and friends gathered, their hearts heavy, as they accompanied her in this final transition.
In lieu of flowers and cards, the family humbly requests assistance in preparing for Lisa’s homegoing service and memorial through Ever Loved. All cards and flowers can be sent directly to the memorial services.
During this difficult time, the family seeks the comfort of your prayers and support. May Lisa's soul rest in eternal peace, and may the love and memories she left behind provide solace to those grieving her departure. Contribute
