Lisa Annette Ortega, 52, of San Antonio, TX passed away on September 17, 2020. She was predeceased by her mother, Viola DeLeon Ortega, and is survived by her father, Donald S. Ortega, of Fernandina Beach, FL, half-brother, D.J. Ortega of Arlington, VA, godson Eric Hernandez II of San Antonio, TX and many other cherished family members. Lisa was born in West Berlin, Germany and spent most of her career as a substitute teacher. A private memorial service will be held at Mission Park South Cemetery in San Antonio, TX on October 10, 2020 at 2 p.m.
