In leu of flowers & mailing gift cards please consider these 2 options…
Phils Friends. This charity was near & dear to Lisa's heart as she was a recipient of one of their care boxes when she was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago & her friend Sue in Illinois signed her up to receive. Phils Friends is a Christ-centered organization that brings support and hope to those affected by cancer through care packages, cards and prayer. To donate in Lisa’s name go to https://philsfriends.org/give…. Pick in memory of then put Lisa Freeman.
Lisa's wish was to be cremated & beyond that wasn’t discussed. Lisa's brothers, sister & I thought a memorial tree in her name would be best. Our hopes are when Covid is gone, at special times & whenever possible we can visit her tree to show our love, respect & remembrance for everything Lisa was to us. Lisa's in heaven but this will be for us to have here until we go to be with her. I like the idea of a future grandchild or great niece or nephew to be able to go & see their wonderful grandma/great aunt’s Lisa's memorial tree.

God bless you Lisa, you touched 100's of people's lives in a deep way. You showed me I could love beyond what I ever thought was possible on this earth. I'm so sad not being able to be with you for now. I'm so proud of you & thank you for giving me & Mitchell & everyone reading this another 4 years after your diagnosis. I know it was hard but it was worth the world to me. It was hard losing my best friend & partner a little at a time but I think it helped me be able to handle it better when you finally passed. You weren't a burden, you were fighting & I was there to help & I had your back. We were a great team. 1/2 of me is now missing. All of me hurts. I miss you so much. You were never mine to keep. I always used to say I had you on loan. Same with Mitchell. Christians are all the bride of Christ & he is the Bridegroom. So I hand you back to your savior, I see you are now in a perfect place, body, mind & spirit now. You are so beautiful. I was lucky enough to see that(God's perfect love) in you here on earth as well. Again from this sad, proud, imperfect & broken man to a now eternal & perfect Lisa Freeman(Patko) Goodbye for now. I love you babe.
Thank you all for your love & support & don’t hesitate to reach out to me. danotmano@comcast.net
