Lisa's obituary
Lisa Elliott Baker, born on June 21, 1984, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away on February 26, 2025, in Rock Hill.
Lisa’s life was filled with love, laughter, deep devotion and compassion to those she cared about. She is survived by her mother, Patricia Lowder Copeland of Fort Mill; her father, Dale Elliott of Rock Hill; sisters Brooke Elliott of Rock Hill and Julia Elliott of Columbia; and brother DJ Elliott of Rock Hill. Her children and greatest loves Brandon Mohammed and Krista Baker.
She also leaves behind two nieces, two nephews, and a large extended family of cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends who cherished her. Lisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dona and Robert Lowder, as well as her paternal grandmother, Lavonne Hunt.
We'll remember Lisa for her beautiful voice, witty sense of humor, and her fun loving carefree spirit. She believed that death was not the end but only the beginning of a life that we can only imagine. Jesus says "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he may die, he shall live"
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 9, 2025, at Manchester Meadows in Rock Hill (337 E Mt Gallant Rd) from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM. To honor Lisa’s memory, attendees are encouraged to wear purple—Lisa's favorite color—or Dallas Cowboys attire in tribute to her favorite NFL team.
Lisa’s presence brought joy to countless lives. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who loved her.
"GOD looked around his garden and saw an empty place, then looked upon the earth and saw your tired face. He wrapped his arms around you and lifted you to rest. With the help of his Angels, they took you to your heavenly place"
