I am so very sorry to hear about Lisa’s passing. She was probably my first best friend. We moved in across the street from Lisa and her family over 50 years ago. She referred to my family as her family too. That’s how much time we spent together. We went through school together until my Sophomore year. We moved so I didn’t get to see her as much. We did attend church together though. In fact, she invited me to her church early on and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My most favorite memory of her was when she was chosen to sing a solo in our 4th, 5th or 6th grade Christmas program. She sang like an Angel. She had the most beautiful voice. I hadn’t seen her in a very long time, but did catch up occasionally through Facebook. She loved the Lord, and I know that she is in his presence right now. Excited to hug her neck again one day.
