Lindsey's obituary
Lindsey Marie Miller, born on March 9, 1992, graced the Miller family with her vivacious and loving life for 31 years. She went home to the Lord she loved on October 11, 2023.
Throughout high school Lindsey participated in her church youth group working as a servant leader. She loved Jesus and Mary and shared her faith with many friends and family members. Lindsey loved her family, and her life within her family gave her many memories and the strength to face difficult times.
She attained an associate degree after high school and joined a family tradition of attending Texas A&M. Lindsey was in her glory when she was out in nature. She loved the family camping trips, studying bugs and all the interesting creatures she found in nature. After her Uncle Tim taught her how to fish, it became one of her favorite things to do.
God gifted Lindsey with amazing artistic and musical abilities. She saw the world through an artist’s eyes. She always loved horses and sketched them in many of her pictures. She played her guitar with great joy, singing many of the Christian songs that were her favorites. However, she found all genres of music engaging and listened to a wide variety of songs. In her own words she said that “music heals. People can feel, connect spiritually, and understand the unspoken emotion of life’s paths.”
She channeled her high activity level as a child playing soccer and swimming on the local swim team. She searched the internet for good recipes and enjoyed cooking for her family. Her kind and gentle personality brought her many friends, and she never knew a stranger.
Lindsey is survived by her three daughters, Hope, Audrey and Auriel; her father and mother, Jim, and Mary Miller; and her two sisters, Ashley, and Kendall Miller.
The family asks that all monetary donations be sent to St. Joseph Catholic Church—Honey Creek for Masses to be said for Lindsey.
