My heart goes out to Linda's family who was a big part of  Linda's and my childhood.  We met at Girlscout camp  and ended up living in the same neighborhood. I  can only think of Linda with a huge smile as we spent the majority of our friendship laughing hysterically,  while giving our parents many eye rolling moments.

Fondest memories  include:  camping with Linda's  family, where Linda and I slept in the car and ate  the family's week supply of groceries in the middle of the night.

The two of us at Bellevue Square Nordstroms laughing ourselves to tears pretending to pick out ugly accessories and jewelry for each other.

And of course our unforgettable cowgirl years with our horses, along with Lori Phelps, Karen Jackson, and Janet Lucas. Such great memories.

High school graduation,  Jean Vansandt escorted Linda and I to Hawaii, where we burnt ourselves to a crisp the first day out and enjoyed our heat stroke in a cool movie theater.  Then we took her Mom to Trader Vics for her birthday and let her pay the  bill.

Clueless teens ;)

Later years, I drove my girls across the desert to visit Linda and Devon in Scottsdale, where we watched Nepolean Dynamite together  and went out for pizza, after nixing the place with the live rattlesnake display.

I miss and love my dear, kind, funny friend so.  Memory eternal sweet girlfriend. God keep you until we meet agaim.

I met Linda at Three Points Elementary school in Medina. We played on the Pee-Wee basketball team - and her mom was the coach!  Karen and Jackie, were both on the team if I recall.  I remember Linda racing up and down the court wearing the maroon team shirt and her mom close behind on the sidelines, whistle in mouth, while 'coaching' us very loudly!  Linda had a horse named Spunky,  She and her friend Renee and I spent a lot of time at Novelty Hill Stables - Renee had Moony and I had Chinook.  Spunky was, well, spunky but Linda was fearless and seemed to match his mood and rode like the wind. I remember Linda's laugh, raucous and spontaneous.  We got into some trouble together - and had such fun.  I am so sorry she left so soon.  You are all in my heart and my thoughts.  Sending you love.
My condolences to Linda’s family and friends. I was friends with Linda in our preteen years at Three Points Elementary. She was fierce, loyal, competitive and we caused our teachers some grief.  You could alway find her by her laugh. Rest In Peace.

I'm so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I remember her fondly during the times I hung out with Lori at the Evergreen Pt house. I will not be able to attend but I'm sending my love!

I was sad when I heard the news of Linda's passing.  I am unable to attend.  I will be thinking of all of you.  Linda was such a joy to speak with at every encounter.

Peace be with you.

Ed Y.

I was so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. We weren't close in our adult lives, but growing up we sure had fun. She was one of the bridesmaids at my wedding in 1976. She was really a warm, fun and genuine friend.
Oh my goodness, my heart is heavy but, I will remember Linda for the friendship she extended to me when I became a new student at 3 Points Elementary. We lived not too far apart so we spent some great time together. The most memorable memory for me, however, was at our 10 year high school reunion where she made a conscious effort to speak to me and share her condolences regarding my mother’s death. A dear sweet, thoughtful and intelligent woman. My sincerest sympathies to Michael and her entire family.
In response to "What was the most fun you ever had with Linda?"
I was saddened to hear of Linda's passing.  I worked with her at Seabury & Smith (Marsh) for many years.  She brought so much joy to the office.  Rarely was there  not a smile on her beautiful face.    When she retired there was a huge void in the office and we so missed her.    I was able to visist with her a couple times in Arizona while I was on vacation and we had fun catching up. Her kindness, strength and perseverance  were a testimony to the beautiful person she was.   Thoughts and prayers for the family.  Nancy Burn
