She was born in Orlando in 1952, attended Winter Park High School, graduated with a BA from Grinnell College, Grinnell, Iowa in 1974 and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1982.
Linda spent her entire career as an attorney. She started in a small private practice in Madison, Wisconsin. …
