Dear Michael, Annette and Family-

So very sorry to hear about your Mom and also your Dad. This breaks my heart. I worked with Linda for along time at DOD/Digitech/HMG. Also, both of you for a short time. She was a great person.

Your Mom and I went on a road trip to California together to the NAMM show. What an adventure we had, this was in the month of January (year?). We had a great time, but driving home we were stuck in a major blizzard-snowed packed roads, visibility zip. I asked if I could drive & she didn’t hesitate.  We just prayed we wouldn’t slid off the road.  It makes me sad I lost touch with her and your family.. Hold on to all your memories and make more as they would want you to continue.

With Much Love & Sincere Sympathy-

The Beginning of our story:

I met Linda in Mrs. Hales 5th grade class in 1960. We became friends. We would spend a lot of time in her mom and dads kitchen. We would dance, she was much better at getting the steps right than I was and we would do the goofy things little girls do.

The Ending of our story:

Days spent texting back and forth about the books we were reading, the shows we were watching on TV, bitching about politics, playing games and just keeping each other company. Doing things old ladies do to pass the time. I will miss her and will be forever grateful she was a part of my life.
