Linda Lee Adams, loving mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones, with her cat on her lap (despite “not being a cat person”). Linda was a no-nonsense, sassy, stubborn woman, while also being warm, kind, and “close to sainthood” in her patience and demeanor. From running group homes for severely disabled and handicapped adults to substituting high school English classes, she touched the lives and brightened the days of many. She is preceded in death by her late husband David Adams. She is survived by her brother Harold Elems, daughters April Richards-Parker, Colleen Shedd, Kat Nickell, son Howard Adams, and grandchildren Aurora Richards, Sam Shedd, and Zane Nickell. No words can encapsulate the impact her life had on family and friends nor the loss that will be felt by all whose lives she touched.
