Linda Kay Taylor was born in Portland, Oregon to Marvetta L. Green and Leon Taylor on December 7, 1976.Linda Kay attended King Elementary School and Humbolt Elementary School as a child and later attended Jefferson High School class of 1994.
After High school, Linda Kay was employed as CNA at Glisan Care Facility. Linda was a very caring young lady. She considered other people's feelings and got along with everyone. She loved her family …
