Suzette's obituary

Linda “Suzette” French, 71, of Hurst, Texas, met her Savior on November 1, 2025. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on September 16, 1954, in Dallas, Texas, to Bert and Matilda Lee. Suzette dedicated the last decade of her life to serving faithfully at her church, ensuring that every detail was done carefully and with love.

Suzette was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose warmth and humor filled every room she entered. She loved her church community and her dogs, whom she affectionately considered her children. Her faith guided her through every season of life, and her love for others was unwavering.

She is survived by her husband, Steve; her daughters, Kimberly Trimble, Meredith Briers, and Laura Bese; her grandchildren, Ashley, Gabriel, Keelan, Cali, Morgan, and Taylor; and her great-grandchildren, Felix, Elise, Leo, and Austin. She is also survived by her brothers Kenneth, Walter, and Jerry Lee.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved grandson, Steven, whom she now joins in heaven.

A memorial service honoring her life will be held at North Pointe Baptist Church in Hurst, Texas, on November 22 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Ben Polson officiating.

Her gentle spirit, quick wit, and steadfast faith will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
