Linda Lee Cowger (aka Penny), age 81, passed away on September 16, 2025, at Cedar Park Hospital in Cedar Park, Texas. Born on June 6, 1944 (yes, she was born on D-Day), in Natchez, Mississippi, Penny was the beloved daughter of Wallace Cowger and Nadine Cowger (Fougerousse).
