Linda R (Kamer) Carter 66 of Portsmouth passed away unexpectedly in her home on December 3, 2019.

She was born Linda R Kamer January 12, 1953 to Robert and Junipher Kamer in Akron, Ohio. She lived a very full life and fought till the very end. She is proceed in death by her parents Robert and Junipher kamer. Her sisters, Robin, Christie, and Kim. She is survived my her children, son Paul (Melissa) Rusk of North Canton, Daughter Kelly (Donald) Swim of Portsmouth and Sons Dale R Wesley Jr, and Aaron B Wesley both of Portsmouth. Her sister Dawn Swisher and Brother Robert Kamer jr, both of Akron, Ohio. She also leaves behind 18 grandkids and 2 great grand kids (and one on the way). As well as many friends who were like family to her. Her wishes were to be cremated. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
