Sometimes when it was super cold mom would drive me to high school cause it was a long walk with my asthma and difficult. One time we left the front door. Ice was all over the sidewalks. She was in front of me and started to slip like the cartoons and fell on her back and butt. I couldn't stop laughing and had my hands on my knees cracking up looking at her. She yelled, stop laughing and pick me up mother fucker. Lol 😜

Another story of ditching school. I would open a can of corn and mix ketchup and mustard and other things from the fridge. Then put them in the toilet bowl and pretend to vomit and call mom in there to see so I couldn't go to school. I guess she believed it, maybe πŸ€”

Remember playing games upstairs and throwing a tennis ball around. Broke the upstairs glass window and blamed some kids outside for the damage. 😁

Remembering how I ditched school sometimes and mom would stay home unexpectedly. I would hide out in the basement furnace room. Sometimes she would come down there and do laundry and tasks and I would be hiding and moving in the corners until she went back up stairs. She never caught me and I probably would have scared the hell out of it she did.Β

One of Mom's last photos when still healthy. My brother put a burger king crown on her head for lunch. She wore it all the way home

Was a tough time seeing mom go thru cancer and the aggressive and short nature of it. I'm just happy she is no longer in pain and can rest peacefully.
