I met Mom's Linda & Pop's Jules when my brother Anthony passed away 35 years ago. He was best friends with their son Eric. The whole family took me in a treated me like their own daughter & sister. I remember spending many days at their house on Date Street, eating gumbo, talking, watching TV, Eric teaching me to play drums & just hanging out. Since they moved out of the Date Street house we've seen each other on occasion, but always stayed in touch through Facebook. My family frequently get together with Craig & his family at Knott's Berry Farm & shortly before her passing Mom's went with us. I'm so glad we got that chance to see each other in person, chat & receive another of her amazing warm hugs & smiles. 🤗 I will miss you, but glad you have now rejoined Pop's, your baby girl Melissa & your other "son" Anthony forever in heaven. 💝💞

I was heart broken when I heard the news of Linda's passing, she took me in as a Musso immediately and welcomed me to the family. She is greatly missed.

Is this what's called a "Roman Holiday?"

Linda,
I can still remember the day I met you for the 1st time, @ Iray & Delores, and you were working on some card catalog box for your Library credentials. Despite your attention to your project, you found the time to talk to a little girl. She never forgot your kindness! I watched Daddy walk you down the aisle when you married Jules, and thought you looked like a real life princess. So many memories of you that will remain in my heart! RIP and know you will be missed in this world. Love Cheryl Ortenburger

Just another sunny day in Italy. Linda traveled to Italy and visited Venice, Assisi and the Vatican.

I loved having my Aunt Linda, Uncle Jules, Craig , Eric and Alisa at my wedding. From the time I was born my Auntie showed me so much love. I’m grateful for our many conversations and for her love and care my entire life. She loved people…family, friends and strangers. She showed so much love to me, my husband and our children. Until we are together again Auntie enjoy heaven 💕
