Lillian Passalacqua, passed peacefully in the early morning of August 22nd, 2024. She was the spectacular age of 95. The family is deeply saddened by her death and grateful she passed in peace.  Lillian was born on January 1st, 1929. She lived in New York and Florida for most of her life.

Lillian was a life member of The Red Hat Purple Dress Society and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She spent much of her free time painting ceramics, fishing, playing bingo, kicking butt at Scrabble, and spending time with her family and friends. Lillian's excitement for life was infectious.

Lillian is survived by her brother, Richard Gerrity; two daughters Gina Baehr (spouse Roger Baehr) and Theresa Connors (spouse John Bullock); 7 grandkids, Eric Miller, Christopher Principato (spouse Michelle Kosteno Principato), Patrick Principato, Stephanie Van Deven (spouse Stephen Leibfreid), Jamie Crane (spouse Tim Crane), Rhiannon Tiger, and Charlie Van Deven (spouse Kelsey Van Deven); 4 great grandkids Johnathon Baggatta, Frank Campbell, Heleon Crane, and Selene Crane. She is predeceased by her two sons James Principato (spouse Patricia Principato) and Lucien Lindo.

We will miss her more than words can say.

Services will be held at Straub Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home from 2-6pm on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Contributions in memory of Lillian can be made to The Town of Poughkeepsie Senior Center.
