Lillian Gertrude Frazier, 83, peacefully returned to her heavenly home on July 4, 2021. Lillian, daughter of the late Benjamin H. Frazier Sr. and Ernestine Scales Frazier was born January 21,1938 in Washington, DC. She graduated from Spingarn High School in 1955 and later went on to pursue an undergraduate degree at Howard University. In her early professional career, Lillian, affectionately known as “Lill” worked as Advertising Supervisor at the Washington Star, an …
