Lily-Ann's obituary
My mother was a Poet that worked in a Mill call "Fairystone Fabrics" in Burlington N.C. I lost her June of 1994 a month after graduating from NCCU. I graduated top of my class, Cum Laude & was the President of the Psi Chi Honorary Society. For anyone that has studied Psychology knows that when you go through Trauma & Unbearable Pain you either choose " Fight or Flight". I choose "Autopilot". I was at Saint Vincent's Hospital this June 2023 ( a healing spot for me} and was able to give her a proper send off. That's how much I will always love Her. She also make the best gloves and "fishnet" hoisery!!!!
