Light's obituary
We mourn the loss of Light Snowball, a unique and caring soul, whose life spanned from September 5, 2015, to April 20, 2026. Light was a joyous presence, loved and cherished by her family, especially her Cat Mom, Susan. Light's sudden departure from our lives has left a void that can scarcely be filled.
Light found joy in the smallest things in life - from crunching on her favorite treats to relishing 9 lives and Friskies salmon pates. She had an endearing fondness for water and soups and delighted in the quiet tranquility that anything that she could lie on brought her.
An appreciator of the simpler forms of entertainment, Light’s tastes in music were as unique as her personality; she found melody in the songs of birds. She spent her leisure time watching "The Pitt" and enjoyed immersing herself in the imaginative world of "Zootopia".
Portraying a proclivity towards art, Light found beauty in 'Portlandia Birds'. She cheered for birds and cats teams, her favorite sports sides. A game of peacock feathers was an indulgence she could never resist.
In her moments of solitude, there was nothing Light loved more than sleeping or looking out the window. She had a particular fondness for the local fountain, while her favorite getaway was a contented rest in her cat cave. She was also passionately committed to preventative care for constipation, a cause dear to her heart.
Red was Light's color of choice, a reflection of her calm but insistent personality. She taught us valuable lessons about compassion and patience, and her legacy as a heart stealer will be fondly remembered through 4 seasons of light.
Light has undeniably left us too soon. But the echoes of her calming purrs, the quiet wisdom of her eyes, and the warmth of her companionship will forever resonate in our hearts. We celebrate her life and will always cherish our time with her.
