Liese Shekelle Hall, born November 30, 1959, entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

A compassionate nurse and devoted caretaker, Liese dedicated her life to her family and helping others with kindness and grace.  She found great joy in the beauty of the North Carolina mountains and cherished the companionship of her beloved dogs.  

Liese  is lovingly remembered by her four children: Alana (John), Elaine, Lee (Alena), and Colin; her grandchildren: Haley, Zachary, Brenna, Hunter, Emmy, Ella, and Soleil; and her four great-grandchildren: Ryder, Elliana, Mia, and Jeffery. She also leaves behind her siblings: Paul, Myron, and Erica as well as several nieces and nephews.

Liese was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Shekelle and Jeanette Browne and her sister, Carla Smith.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date. May her memory bring comfort to those she held dear.
