There's a wonderful Jewish saying, "May your memories be your blessings." For over thirty years,  Lida's family and ours vacationed together: Cedar Point; Stratford; Cranberry Lake and Lake Placid; the St. Lawrence River (boating); Disneyworld; and even two weeks up and down Italy. Later, as couples, we took trips together to Utah, to the Pacific Northwest; to Yellowstone; to Beavers Bend; to Chicago. I will treasure these memories forever.
Dan and Rya - I'm thinking of you both and your families. Your mom is a fixture of my childhood memories. We had so many great times with you all and so many amazing trips [like to a cabin in the woods, amusement parks and Italy :)]. I will always remember her patience (and when she lost it, but she always did in a relaxed way haha!), her grace and her beautiful smile.  Love you guys! xoxo

Oh Rya &  Dan my heart goes out to you and yours on the loss of your Mom.  I mourned “their” moving after being my neighbors and friends for so long. I missed my visits with  your Mom & Dad drinking wine and catching up with what our grown children were doing in their lives.   So many beautiful memories of raising our children and leaning on each other when we needed.  I could always count on them and  I never hesitated to help them. I loved your Mom and Dad both very much and enjoyed watching you children grow up! Never forget you come from good people. Hugs and love to you both.
