My and my husband are so sad to hear of Liben passing, he had helped us win a case we fought for almost 3 years back in the day. I needed some legal advice from him and came across this site. It's heart breaking to hear of this, he had such a kind and gentle soul. We would like to send our deepest condolences to his wife, kids and family for your loss and may his soul rest in peace.

I just learned of the passing of Liben. I was his "favorite" process server, but we also had our differences. No biggie. I am very sorry for your loss. Makes no sense unless he got the fake covid non-vaccine jab which is causing all types of cancers and illnesses in otherwise healthy people. He was very brilliant guy. My heart and prayers go out to the family, especially his lovely wife and beautiful children.

I'd like to share my deepest condolences to Liben's family and friends. I was very sad when I learned he passed. Liben was a good friend and colleague to my father. The way my dad spoke of Liben, it was clear how much he trusted him and cared for him. While my dad was initially a mentor to Liben, their relationship evolved into a mutual mentorship. My dad had a high regard for Liben's opinions, appreciating not only his insights but his integrity.
I got to know Liben better after my father's passing, as Liben continued to help with ongoing litigation. His tireless efforts to support my dad both during his lifetime and after my dad's passing serve as a profound testament to his character and commitment to his loved ones. I know he is very missed.

I was so sad to learn of Liben's passing. I have known Liben for years through bar association activities and inn of court. I always thought very highly of him for all of the qualities others have already identified -- smart, hard-working, quick-witted, liked by everyone, and always a twinkle in his eye and smile on his face. I got to know Liben even better when he assisted my father (also an attorney) with litigation. My father got sick and passed quickly and unexpectedly during the litigation (both Liben and I attributed his illness and passing at least in part to stress from the litigation). Liben was such a calming presence for my dad during the last few months of his life -- my dad trusted Liben and his advice completely and told anyone who would listen to him that Liben was an outstanding lawyer. I am forever grateful for the peace that Liben gave my father during his final months and the continued assistance he provided to my family after my father's passing. My deepest condolences to his family and friends for this tremendous loss.

Karen and I will truly miss the twinkle in Liben's eye, his winning smile, his unique way of looking at the world, his confident bearing, and the way he could lift a room just with his presence. Our hearts go out to Rose and the children. Liben was one of the best neighbors we have ever had. He succeed at everything he did. He was an accomplished attorney who built his own practice from nothing. He was a man to be inspired and he has been taken from the world too soon. We simply cannot believe that he is gone.

I am so very sorry for your family’s loss. Liben and I went to law school together Every time I saw Liben he had the biggest smile on his face and was full of energy and kind words. He worked hard and loved his family so much. May his memory always be a blessing to you all.

I had the opportunity to work with Liben after I retired from the bench. He was an excellent lawyer, and very much cared for his clients. He was a pleasusre to associate with, both professionally and on social occasions. I will always remember his uplifting smile. He was taken from us way too soon. God Bless.

My wife and I are very sad at Liben's passing. He was a kind and decent person who helped give lawyers a good name. I worked with Liben at Akerman, and I was very excited when he started his own firm. I regret not spending more time with him when I had the chance.
