Remembering this little blondie boy as a tiny baby asleep in his "Moses Basket"- to sharing the excitement of his first smile, first word and first steps....thinking if one word is possible- then conversations are possible.....if one step is possible- then walking and running is possible. With God all things are possible and we saw so much of the impossible come to pass- and we still have THE HOPE! We love you!

I met Levi while working for Jessie Kaplan. I began going to his house to help get him get ready for school and drive in together. Levi brought some structure to my life as I would get to his house quite early on school days to get him ready and watch some Sesame Street or Dora. He was always excited to point out his favorite parts. The LaSalles’ treated me as family during a time where I was just kind of lost in life. I’m not sure how my life would have turned out if I had never met Levi and his family. Darrell and Cathy helped me out countless times while Levi provided me with some structure. I will always cherish all the time I was able to spend with Levi and everything he and his family have taught me. I’ll miss you Levi. I look forward to seeing you again one day.
Always a sweet boy!

My sweet Levi Hayes. I’m so thankful to have so many loving memories with him and you all. We shared lots of hugs and “love yous.” I loved watching baseball with him and seeing his excitement build as the pitcher wound up. I loved singing songs together and growing together. Regardless of the time that passed when we didn’t see each other, I loved coming home and seeing my boy who always greeted me with a hug and a name drop! He has made a lasting impression on my life and all those he encountered. He didn’t have a “bad” bone in his body. Only love and joy. The loved he exuded was evidence of the tender, compassionate care you-Cathy Darrell and McKenzie, selflessly poured into his life in countless ways, day by day. I love you all more than words can tell and my heart breaks with yours. I do however rejoice in the fact that we will see sweet Levi again “farther along”

So sorry for your loss. I do have very fond memories of Levi having a ball at Rye Playland. Levi really enjoyed the rides and the whole Playland experience. He had a big smile the entire time as I remember each year that he went on opening day.
Levi-look forward to seeing you at the Return!

From the card I got for you today:
"May God give you strength to bear this loss, as only He can do. And grant His loving comfort to your family and to you."

And we have no doubt about His Love and Care for you.
With deepest sympathy,
Love,
Gail Hill

Levi was such a tender hearted and precious boy! So very sweet and loving! He was guileless and had love and a smile for everyone’s life he touched! What a bright light he truly was, he will be sorely missed! I pray for God's love and presence to encircle you and give comfort and strength during this time of profound grief.

And as Levi was known to say, “Wub you!”
