Lettie Jean was a knowledgeable lady, anything I needed to know I talked, she was very supportive when I had my first brain surgery, May my cousin Rest In Peace 🙏🕊️
Hoping it brings you comfort to remember that Jean is beyond hurt, beyond worry, in a place of perfect peace.  I will surely miss laughing with her. Praying for comfort to your hearts.  Love, Winston-Salem, NC relatives

Great Grand Daughter Tribute to Gramis at her 75th Weekend Extravaganza

Lettie's Great Grandson

Jamareon share his love and feelings at her 75th Extravaganza Weekend in July 2022.

Listen to her life,as she got grown, and always talking about her husband, kids, grands and great grand and most of all,her brother Larry, once you met Jean you will never forget her,
Jean,your present will be miss
I was deeply saddened when I heard the news of Lettie Jean's passing. How ever, whatever her task here on earth was she had fulfilled it. I have fond memories growing up around Jean, she was unapologetically herself and that’s the way I’ll remember her. To Carole, Nicole and Andre I pray for Gods  Continued Strength to keep you during this time.

My heart was broken at the passing of my mother.  She loved hard and could be very abrasive when disappointed in others; and she made sure you knew, but all in all she still loved us amidst the short comings.   I remember when my grandfather and mother mended fences after decades and he came to her home for a visit.  The great grandchildren were playing all around the house that day and took a break to introduce themselves for the first time to their Great Grandfather, Junior Boy.  The four and five year old stopped playing and looked at Gramis, then looked at Junior Boy, and then said in one voice; "Hey Mr. Gramis!  He said hey babies, with the biggest smile and a joyful spirit.
My Condolences to the Family Mrs Fletcher was one one the sweetest kindest and caring woman I have known. Much Love
During this difficult time, may Faith in GOD,  Family and Friends bring you peace.  Sending Love from Lake Charles, LA , Ms Cynthia N White aka Purple Lady
